Prosecutor describes a molester; defense sees a 'touchy-feely guy'

A longtime Fresno church volunteer is guilty of "being touchy-feely" -- but not guilty of molesting children, Jamie William Soria's defense attorney said Wednesday.
Soria, 36, is accused of preying on single mothers and their sons at Northwest Church and Malloch Elementary School in what prosecutor Galen Rutiaga called a pattern of pursuing young, overweight boys.
